Hermm..didnt have time to really "talk" much in my blog lately; Especially in my last entry. So to those who are still unsure of what really happenned, let me brief "abit" about it.

Exactly 2 months before THE official date, the love promised me something; "You wouldnt always be my girlfriend, i can assure you that". But despite a few setbacks after he sms'd me that statement, we were still an item.
Then, about a month ago, the love sms'd me asking if i'm ready to officially take our relationship a step further; obviously, i was ecstatic about it. But at first, i felt there wasnt a need for it since not only that we were already very effectionate towards each other over a short period of time, but also towards one another's family. (Of course lah there are many squabbles and arguments in the beginning of the relationship. It wasnt easy adapting due to our very different social background. Its like going through a culture shock. But Alhamdulillah, we manage to work things out. Hopefully we'll adapt more to each other as the time goes by. Insya Allah).
So, I thought, since we already achieved an understanding, it was unnecessary to make it formal. But then again, in a way, he's actually trying to prove that he's ready to really commit himself to this relationship. So i pondered, why should i stop him from proving that to me, right?
Anyways, there wasnt any prep for a majlis at all. It was simply a chat between 2 families to formally acknowledge our relationship, and give us their blessings. We merely exchanged a formal wear between the both of us. (My gift to him was that Domanchi shirt, and his to mine was a lovely green pant suit from Nora's Apperal) But of course, i also got a piece of jewellery, and he got a birthday cake. Heh.. But since it happenned to be the love's birthday few days before, i decided to spend a bit more.
So, the night before his family came, i went out wif one of my girls to get him a U2 voucher. But happenned to be that the voucher is only available at Suntec's branch. Phuwey.. Well, since we were already at Marina, i've decided to at least buy him something. Actually i knew he likes this particular long-sleeved U2 shirt. But was unsure of the colors.
So i just gambled and hope he likes the colors that ive chosen; but to my relief both shirts that i picked were the ones that he actually wanted. Phew! But not before me and Niza went for a small chat over a "light" dinner over at Secret Recipe. Hehe..Cos earlier that day, the both of us happen to have a major migrain, and it felt like someone is drilling a hole thru our skull. Ugh!
Niways, once ive reached home at around 10+ later, my parents tagged me along to Mustafa center to buy some last min groceries for next day's cooking. It was then that i decided to buy him a cpl of yummilicious chocies as another bd gift. So, in total, he received 5 birthday gifts fr me. well, what do ya expect? Im kind of a perfectionist when it comes to giving prezzies; so of cos I was quite proud of myself with the outcome. Hehe..

[Wednesday]
I was on leave on Wed, not to relax; but actually to study. The love is my personal tutor for one of my subjects. But since Ramdhan dearest is around the corner, of cos i wont be seeing my baby much...n worst, he's working this weekend. So i've decided to sacrifies one of my leave to study before my upcoming test early this october. We went to McD and studied for a couple of ours. The first 2 hours, i was quite energetic, then i started to slow down..haha. after a whole 4 hours, i finally told him i dont want to look at it anymore. Felt very sien oredi. So we went off. I dozzed off in the car and woke up finding myself at Macritchie's carpark. We simply took a walk around and have a bit of a chat. It was refreshing to see alot of greens after hitting the books for (almost) a total 4 hours.
We even casually plan to do some trekking from Bt Timah to Macrithcie. Waliao!! 4-5 hrs sia! Herrm..It sounds kinda fun tho. But when seh?? Haha! I mean, next week is already Ramadhan, after that we'll be busy going for our Raya outings, (but i'll be spending more time with books cos of my exam *pouts.. But then again, its not as if i'll b receiving anymore green packets anyway.. In fact, I'LL be the hunted one instead of the hunter!! EEeeepp!!). So, most prob, the trekking will be on Dec onwards. Haha! 3 bulan seh!! But after my exam, im gonna spend as much time with the love. Cos starting next Jan, its his turn to hit the books again. Nyeh nyeh!!! :p
